  • Mechanical Upgrades = chillers, pumps, boilers, & control panels

  • Electrical Upgrades = DTE connection

  • Roof Repair & Replacement = PCHS & Lakeland

  • Parking Lots = concrete work

Academics/Technology

  • Technology = Chromebooks for K-6th grades, wireless upgrades, instructional tools (monitors)

  • Classrooms - furniture and equipment

  • Enhance Key Programs = Cyber Security and online learning tools

Safety

  • Secure Windows

  • Classroom Locks

  • Cameras = campuses and buses

Athletics

  • Equipment

  • Practice field/Turf/Marching Band

  • Track Surface

  • Gym Floor

  • Court Surfaces

  • Sprinklers

  • Spectator Areas = concessions and restrooms

Capital Projects

  • Transportation = new buses, AC for special needs students, bus wash enhancements

  • Security = add security features and cameras

  • Food Service = kitchen equipment

  • Automobiles, Trucks Trailers, Vans

  • Portable Classrooms

  • Upgrade To Existing Computer Operating Systems / Software

  • Computer Training / Consulting, Computer Maintenance Contracts
